1 Cor.
{2:9} But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
{2:10} But God hath revealed [them] unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.
{2:11} For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.
{2:12} Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
{2:13} Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
{2:14} But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know [them,] because they are spiritually discerned.
{2:15} But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
{2:16} For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.
*
Neither have entered into the heart of man.
The natural man we are, apart from the spiritual part of us that longs for the connection with something more, cannot understand, cannot comprehend the things of God. It's not possible that a man apart from the Holy Spirit can comprehend. It's like learning another language- it's pure gibberish holding no meaning whatsoever until comprehension is brought about from one who knows, or something that teaches. Left to our own devices do we naturally learns how to read? Do we naturally know how to do math? Is the structure of language something we understand all on our own? Do we naturally know how to tie our laces? How to tie a necktie? How to knit a blanket, mend a shirt. Do we know how to go into another human being's body and operate on them? Do we know how to fight for the rights of a person if we don't know the law?
The heart of man does not fully understand anything of God, but God reveals to us by HIS Spirit the things He chooses.
The Spirit knows all things, the deep things of God.
Man knows the evil within him, man's spirit the thing we know makes us who we are in the natural sense, yes, we know the ways of ourselves, our natural inclinations and they are not naturally inclined towards God.
The things of God man doesn't know, but the Spirit of God knows. We when accept Christ as our Savior, God as our Creator, we don't receive the spirit of man, tht is already ours. What we receive is the Spirit of God that we can understand what God gives to us as His creatures. Man's wisdom cannot teach God's wisdom. Man can be brilliant in the spirit of man knowing all there is to know in a natural sense but man doesn't know God's ways until the Holy Ghost teaches us. The spiritual with the spiritual. We receive the ability to comprehend the spiritual things of God. This isn't something we are naturally given in fact to those who are not inclined to listen to the Holy Spirit the things of the Spirit of God are FOOLISHNESS to them, and they cannot know them. So if you wonder why others don't understands, if you wonder why they can talk circles of seeming logic around your faith poking holes it it until you are forced to succumb to their natural understanding that's why. As they poke holes and doubts begin to form in your mind it's because the natural man inside us all can't understand the spiritual things of God. We really aren't forced to succumb are we? We can cling to our faith in God, to the spiritual things that have been revealed to us through the Holy Spirit. We can acknowledge the very fact that not all will understand and many will not understand at all.
{2:15} But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
{2:16} For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.
Christ judges all things, and is judged of no man. Christ alone lives in the spiritual relying upon God for all things. The Holy Spirit sent to us by Jesus to live with us and bring us hope, understanding, encouragement all things we need Spiritually from God to be God's through Jesus, this Holy Spirit alone can give us the mind of Christ- the understanding that God is all things and God's way are not our ways but God's ways are the true ways. Having the mind of Christ is everything, and we truly can have the same mind through Christ. The Holy Spirit will teach us and through faith we believe not because it makes sense to the natural man within us, but because it is Spiritually true.
Faith, hope, love. Choosing to love God is the first step. Leaping by faith the next. Faith is hope when we can't see.
May God send His Holy Spirit to live in us now and always until Jesus returns again. By the grace and mercy of God may we let the Holy Spirit work in us giving us Spiritual understanding, teaching us everything we need to know of God.
By the mercy and grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, now and forever.
Amen.

The function of the sanctuary.
Exo 25:8 And let them make me a sanctuary; that I may dwell among them.
God said-- let them make me a sanctuary and then He told them why… that I may dwell among them.
Catching the whole picture we have to put this into perspective a bit.
The people of Israel were enslaved to the Pharoah of Egypt for hundreds of years. These were God's chosen people descendents of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob…Joseph and they were slaves. God didn't want them to remain slaves, being slaves kept them from freely being able to worship Him. The people of Egypt worshipped false gods not the one true God. God's chosen people were being contaminated by association with the Egyptians and after hundreds of years it was time to separate them so that God's people would have a chance to worship their one true God, their deliverer, their redeemer. The power of God was fully realized in all He did for them to free them from the tyrannical gripe of their captor.
After their miraculous deliverance they were led out of Egypt and God wasn't going to leave them to their own devices. These were His people, He'd saved them, He loved them and He wanted them to live for Him because He knew this would be best for them. Intent on helping them as never before, God wanted to dwell among them in a very visible manner.
God wanted His people to have a hand in building Him a Sanctuary, a place where He could dwell among them. This was going to be a portable Sanctuary because God's people were going to be traveling to the land promised to them by God and every step of the way God wanted them to realize He was with them, guiding them.
God with us. This brings us to another reference to that particular idea--
Mat 1:23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.
'God with us'
Exo 25:8 And let them make me a sanctuary; that I may dwell among them.
Dwell among them- God with us.
The connection is undeniable. God reconciling man to Himself. God offering a chance to restore the lost connection between Himself and mankind.
The amazing love God has for us is something we cannot comprehend. We can go into the Sanctuary, God wants us to go into the Sanctuary so we can understand. God wants to be with us.
May our hearts and eyes be opened to understand the unique relationship God offers to mankind, to all of us. By His grace we can be with Him, through His love and unending mercy. All in Christ's righteousness.
Amen.

Dan 11:32 And such as do wickedly against the
covenant shall he (((the
Roman power))))* corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their
God shall be strong, and do exploits.
Dan 11:33 And they that understand among the
people shall instruct many: yet they shall fall by the sword, and by flame, by
captivity, and by spoil, many days.
Dan 11:34 Now when they shall fall, they shall be
holpen with a little help: but many shall cleave to them with flatteries.
Dan 11:35 And some of them of understanding shall
fall, to try them, and to purge, and to make them white, even to the time of the
end: because it is yet for a time appointed.
*The HE is the
Roman power. We really need to remember these are powers at play here political,
religious powers.
We've already
talked about God's covenant, but here it is mentioned again.
God's covenant with His people is His truth. When any are against the
truth they are against God's covenant. The Roman power-pagan/papal holds little
with God's whole truth and no matter how many lies are mingled with truth, a
single lie corrupts the truth. God would only have the entire truth, never
having anything to do with a single lie, not even lies we might call harmless
and tout them as white lies.
When paganism
introduced it's rituals and merged them with Christianity they brought with
them man's laws breaking God's laws.
Man substituting God's truth for the beliefs of false gods. Sunday- the
day of the Sun. Sunday a day for worshipping the sun.
Sól also was
called Sunna, Sunne, and Frau Sunne, from which are derived the words, sun and
Sunday.
Pasted
from <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solar_deity>
The English noun
Sunday derived sometime before 1250 from sunedai, which itself developed from
Old English (before 700) Sunnandæg (literally meaning "sun's day"), which is
cognate to other Germanic languages, including Old Frisian sunnandei, Old Saxon
sunnundag, Middle Dutch sonnendach (modern Dutch zondag), Old High German sunnun
tag (modern German Sonntag), and Old Norse sunnudagr (Danish and Norwegian
søndag, and Swedish söndag). The Germanic term is a Germanic interpretation of
Latin dies solis ("day of the sun"), which is a translation of the Greek heméra
helíou.[2] The p-Celtic Welsh language also translates the Latin "day of the
sun" as dydd Sul.

The day of the
sun--the very god so many pagans worship, not God, but the sun god, the sun.
Worshipping the sun, not worshipping God.
With sun
worshipping introduced to Christianity, a compromise was made towards the pagans
drawing them into a whole new religion, but it was NOT God's truth, it was NOT
God's religion, but rather a false, corrupted religion put up in its place. The covenant was broken once more.
Wickedness was done against the covenant.
Now we need to
realize something here-- Daniel was given over and over prophecies that all led
up to when? The time of the end. All of the prophecies pointed towards that
very first prophecy- that statue whose destruction would come at the very end
as God's new world is ushered in.
This prophecy in
Daniel 11 leads up to that end as well.
We've gone
through quite a bit of history but this next bit takes in a long span. Just as the Dark Ages of our history
are known for being- just that- Dark times.
'Dark Ages
(historiography), the concept of a supposed period of intellectual darkness
that occurred in Europe following the collapse of the Western Roman Empire.
the European
Middle Ages (5th to 15th centuries AD)'
Pasted
from <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dark_Ages>
Dark Ages" is a
historical periodization emphasizing the cultural and economic deterioration
that supposedly occurred in Europe following the decline of the Roman
Empire.[1][2] The label employs traditional light-versus-darkness imagery to
contrast the "darkness" of the period with earlier and later periods of
"light". The period was characterized by a paucity of historical and other
written records for much of the period, rendering it obscure to historians. The
term "Dark Age" itself derives from the Latin saeculum obscurum, originally
applied by Caesar Baronius in 1602 to a tumultuous period in the 10th and 11th
century.[3]
Originally, the
term characterized the bulk of the Middle Ages, or roughly the 6th to 13th
centuries, as a period of intellectual darkness between the extinguishing of
the "light of Rome" after the end of Late Antiquity, and the rise of the
Italian Renaissance in the 14th century.[4] This definition is still found in
popular usage,[1][2][5] but increased recognition of the accomplishments of the
Middle Ages since the 19th century has led to the label being restricted in
application. Since the 20th century, it is frequently applied only to the
earlier part of the era, the Early Middle Ages (c. 5th–10th century).[6][7]
However, many modern scholars who study the era tend to avoid the term
altogether for its negative connotations, finding it misleading and inaccurate
for any part of the Middle Ages.[8][9]
The concept of a
Dark Age originated with the Italian scholar Petrarch (Francesco Petrarca) in
the 1330s, and was originally intended as a sweeping criticism of the character
of Late Latin literature.[4][10] Petrarch regarded the post-Roman centuries as
"dark" compared to the light of classical antiquity. Later historians expanded
the term to refer to the transitional period between Roman times and the High
Middle Ages (c. 11th–13th century), including not only the lack of Latin
literature, but also a lack of contemporary written history, general
demographic decline, limited building activity and material cultural
achievements in general. Later historians and writers picked up the concept,
and popular culture has further expanded on it as a vehicle to depict the
Middle Ages as a time of backwardness, extending its pejorative use and
expanding its scope.[11]

Reading this we
can see where a label given and accepted, a label taught in history- modern
history for a long, long time- is being altered. People want to strip away those
words Dark Ages, but they hold true. There was a long period of time for a lot
of intellectual as well as religious darkness. You know as well as I know that
knowledge was stunted for a long, long time as opposed to the enlightenment we
have found ourselves in since the late 1700's on right into the 1800's, and of
course 1900's and today we are so incredible farther ahead in just a few
hundred years it's hard to comprehend how people lived in such an intellectual
void. You have to stop and think
that our modes of transportation remained virtually unchanged for thousands and
thousands of years only to go from horses to cars, to planes, to rockets,
to shuttles.
We're talking thousands of years of the same thing only to be changed
phenomenally in just a few hundred years.
No matter what contemporary people wish to say, wish to change to better
suit them, FACTS speak for themselves.
From the 6th to
the 15th centuries… 900 years the
world was coming caught up in a period of time unlike any other. The Roman
Empire fell and in its place NO other world empire came up but things broke
apart never to be joined again. Our world today still has those results of that
time when the empire was shattered.
There was only a gradual rise up out of those 'dark ages', it wasn't
instantaneous, just as little is. We have to stop here though and look at the
'dark ages' for a bit. Reread this--
Dan 11:32 And such as do wickedly against the
covenant shall he (((the
Roman power))))* corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their
God shall be strong, and do exploits.
Dan 11:33 And they that understand among the

God's people
would -
Fall by the
sword.
Fall by

Fall by

Fall by

For how
long? Many days.
Falling, tried,

What happened
during this time for God's true people? They were horrifically oppressed for all
that Christianity was now accepted in the mainstream.
The false religious force under the guise of being truly Christ's
persecuted those who truly were Christ's.
Who hasn't heard
of the persecution of any who defied the papal rule?
The Roman
Catholic history is rife with its stifling, oppressive control over people. Having people put to death- horrible
deaths, torturous deaths all in the name of God. These people were FAR from
being Christ-like. Christ would NEVER have approved of any of this, not one bit
and yet these people called themselves God's, these people called themselves
Christians, these people today still call themselves God's only true church yet
they still hold to many, many perverted rites not Biblical at all. These
rituals are gross atrocities yet so few can see them for what they really,
truly are. People are blind because they do NOT want to see.
Darkness
